Leasing Agents have one of the most important roles as they are the first contact for future and current residents. It is important to have and maintain a positive and pleasant attitude for the current and future residents.
As the Lead Maintenance you will oversee the Maintenance Staff and also coordinate with outside vendors in relation to Maintenance Inventory and deliveries. The Lead Maintenance Position requires the candidate to be HVAC certified and be knowledgeable in Electrical, Plumbing and Appliance Maintenance.
The Assistance Maintenance will assist the Lead Maintenance in running tickets, completing all open job orders, and being on call. The Assistant Maintenance MAY or MAY NOT be HVAC certified. This position also expects the candidate to be knowledgeable in Electrical, Pumbing, Appliance Maintenance, Carpentry, Painting and Dry Wall.
The Make Ready Technician is responsible for making all vacant units "Move-In Ready" by making any necessary repairs to the unit. Duties may include Replacing Appliances, Reapairing Sheet Rock, Replacing Mini Blinds, Ceiling Fans, Doors and Locks. Replacing exterior parts to the sinks, faucets, tubs and showers.
Porters are responsible for walking the property each morning and picking up any trash or debris. You will clean all breezeways and trash out all units. Knowledge of pools is highly recommended. The porter will clean the pool, pool area and check all chemicals.
The Housekeeper is to keep the leasing office clean and orderly at all times. Clean / touch up the models on a daily basis. Clean fitness center, mail center, common areas.
Clean all vacant units, appliances, windows, base boards, bathrooms, blinds, light fixtures, and floors.
